Our founder Asare was the CASS specialist on the Enforcement case team that fined Towergate £2.6m and also fined former Towergate Client Money Officer and CF1 (director) Timothy Philip £60,000 in addition to banning him from having direct responsibility for client money. At the time he felt that the fine and the ban could have been avoided if the firm had received better advice and training.

Since 2015 Asare has worked as a specialist CASS consultant providing CASS review, advisory and remediation services for a wide variety of firms, including tier 1 banks, platforms, asset managers and professional services firms.

 

We are passionate about preventing firms and senior management from receiving multi-million pound fines from The FCA.
